We strive to provide the best customer service available and target shipping within two weeks on a FRAMED print purchase.  A stand alone print purchase is targeted to ship within 3 days.  Each Fall River Photography print is a custom work of art and as such the delivery process is time consuming and may occasionally be longer.  We are particularly sensitive around the Holidays at meeting or exceeding these target dates.  At a minimum you may expect receive a weekly email updating the process of your work art until the time of shipment.  Upon shipping a tracking number will be provided via email.  If you have any questions regarding your order please feel free to contact us.
