Large format fine art landscape of an old Colorado mining structure that is slowly losing ground to the new aspen grove. The area was clear cut for mining operations and tailing abound but nature finds a way and these aspen are moving in to take back the mountain side that was once seceded to man. An early snow mixes with the autumn colors and rich brown of the mining structure to create a hi fidelity color image that invites exploration. fine art, fine art landscape, landscape, landscape photograph

An old mine structure stands rebelliously against the time and elements that will eventually break it down while the new growth aspens proudly wear their fall coats of many colors. During settlement the miners cut all the timber around the mines for construction so now, once left to their devices, the aspen sneak back in to reclaim the territory for the trees. Edition of 500.
